Yeg redid our countertops today and they did such an amazing job! They did both of our bathroom vanities as well as our kitchen. They were so fast, amazing work and cleaned up after as well! I found them extremely respectful and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this company!!!

The quartz was installed on the day that was scheduled and the installers were very professional and careful during the install. Right from the start YEG was amazing to deal with from talking with Liss on the phone to emailing with Rene. When Jeorge came out to measure he was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions and the timeline he gave me for delivery and install was spot on! When David and David showed up for install they were also very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely good at what they do and delivered a flawless install. I can’t say enough good things about YEG and I’m so happy I went with them instead of the other companies I had been in contact with. These guys have the BEST prices around without compromising quality. 10/10 YEG you guys are amazing and I will be recommending you to anyone and everyone!

Such great service! Alexa got back to me straight away after my initial request and from then on, the customer service was excellent. They respond in such a timely manner. We had the countertops fitted today and the same great service. The guys were very efficient, countertops look great and everything was left really tidy. . The whole process from quote to installation...less than 3 weeks. I would highly recommend Yeg Countertops.

Had new quartz put it on Monday March 8/ 2021. Love it. Friendly, hard working. Very nice experience. Would highly recommend them.

We’re happy with the final result and the counters look great. But unfortunately the quality of customer service is lacking. The 10 day turnaround time was very important to us. From the date of order confirmation to installation it was well over 3 weeks. There was minimal communication during the process, unless I initiated it. We were told an installation date. They never showed. So I called and asked what happened and I was told they would be at my home between 8-9am on Monday. After 3 phone calls to the company Monday morning. With no explanation at all, they finally arrived at just past 12. When I asked why they were almost 4 hours late, I only received a laugh in response. Unfortunately, due to the lateness. My partner and I had to cancel an appointment we had for 2pm and I paid the $100 cancellation fee. I spoke with Elizabeth by email about this frustration. I received an apology with not much else. The countertops are good but the service is lacking.
